Having recently bought a motorhome which had a satellite dish fitted, I tried (without success, naturally!) to couple up a freesat receiver to it and to the TV set (already installed). The dish had to face South East: i did this, no signal is being received. Two hours later………. you can imagine the rest, and I gave up.
I phoned S.A.S, and Mehmood came out at the agreed time, I explained everything, and he looked at the dish, and told me It would have helped immensely if I had pulled down the LNB arm, as it was folded shut against the dish, and did not come down on it’s own, we now have a great satellite receiver in our motorhome.
I would certainly have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending S.A.S. to anyone, as everything was carried out in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. (And we had a laugh about what I had done!!)
